Pear Nova offers 2 flat rate shipping options via USPS. All orders include tracking with the option for shipping protection from damage, loss or theft via Route. By opting out of package protection, Pear Nova is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to ship.

Any items damaged during shipping will be replaced. Please contact customerservice@pearnova.com with order number and photos attached when requesting replacement of damaged items. Shipping is not refunded on returned items.
