Refund policy

If unsatisfied, all unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the order for a refund on the product(s). Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact customerservice@pearnova.com with order number and return request listed in subject line. We will not accept returns on opened or used items.
